Une ferme…
La ferme de Henri David avec ses 5 à 7 vaches, faisait partie des 111 petites exploitations agricoles recensées en 1955. Il n’en reste plus qu’une douzaine aujourd’hui.
Les bâtiments étaient constitués de l’habitation au n°8, d’une étable au n°10 et bien sûr d’un pressoir au n°12.
Autrefois, beaucoup d’exploitations avaient aussi un four à pain.

La fattoria di Henri David, con le sue 5-7 mucche, faceva parte dei 111 terreni agricoli censiti nel 1955. Ad oggi, non ne rimangono che una dozzina.
I locali si componevano dell’abitazione al n°8, uno stabile al n°10 e anche una pressa per il latte al numero 12.
Un tempo, molte proprietà agricole avevano anche un forno per il pane.

The farm
Henri David’s farm with 5/7 cows was one of 111 small holdings as recent as 1955. There are around 12 to-day. The buildings were made up of living quarters, a stable and a pressoir (for wine or cider).
Many of these building also had bread ovens.
