Autrefois… déjà une boucherie.
Cette boucherie existait déjà au début du siècle dernier.
Elle faisait partie des trois boucheries et des deux charcuteries qui étaient encore présentes au début des années 1970.
Céline Fortin et son mari, puis leur fille, Madeleine, ont tenu ce magasin pendant près de 50 ans, jusqu’en 1963.
A cette époque, chaque boucher possédait son propre abattoir. Celui de la famille Fortin était situé près du village de Placy, dans “la petite maison rose”.

C’era un tempo… una macelleria
La macelleria esisteva già agli inizi del secolo scorso. Faceva parte delle 3 macellerie e delle 2 salumerie ancora presenti all’inizio degli anni’70.
Céline Fortin e suo marito, seguiti poi dalla loro figlia Madeleine, tennero questo negozio per 50 anni circa, fino al 1963.
A quell’epoca, ogni macelleria aveva il suo proprio mattatoio. Quello della famiglia Fortin era vicino al villaggio di Placy, nella «petite maison rose».

Already a butchers
This butchers shop existed at the start of the last century. It was one of three butchers and two charcuteries that were still going up to the 1970’s.
Céline Fortin with her husband, and later their daughter, Madeleine, ran the shop for almost 50 years, up until 1963.
At this time, every butcher owned their own abattoir: theirs was situated near Placy village, in the “Little Pink House”.
